The official website of the Jigokuraku (Hell’s Paradise) anime series revealed new cast, staff, and the first promotional video for the second season on Tuesday. The second season adapting Yuuji Kaku‘s historical fantasy manga will premiere on TV Tokyo and its affiliates in January 2026. Prime Video, Netflix, and Lemino will also stream the series.

Kaku began drawing the manga on the Shounen Jump+ web magazine in January 2018 and concluded it with 128 chapters in January 2021. Shueisha published the 13th and final volume in April that year.
VIZ Media simulpublished the manga in English on its Shounen Jump platform and released the 13th and final volume in March 2022.
