Production company TOHO animation announced a new Godzilla anime series at Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2025 on Saturday, revealing a concept art (pictured above). The original anime will feature a boy who possesses the power of Godzilla.
Orange, best known for Beastars and Houseki no Kuni (Land of the Lustrous), and Igloo Studio are co-producing the anime.
Co-produced by Orange and Bones, the Godzilla: S.P (Godzilla Singular Point) original anime aired in 13 episodes in Spring 2021. Netflix streamed the anime in English sub and dub. Polygon Pictures produced a Godzilla trilogy that opened in Japan between November 2017 and March 2018.
