Synopsis
Chibi (チビ) is the short bearded member of Tall Man's group. He is unnamed in the FUNimation Dub. His name roughly means "super-deformed" or "midget" in Japanese, and is possibly a reference to his short stature. (Source: Dragon Ball Wikia)
