Synopsis

The unnamed Eco-Terrorist is the main antagonist of the one-shot Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan - Episode 11: Drip Painting Style. He is a mentally ill man who worries about the fate of the Earth due to carbon dioxide emissions. No longer having hope, he plans to blow up a power plant in Morioh.
